What's your problem with the EU referendum...?
So I have several problems with the EU referendum, the first being that it's exceptionally complicated and entrusted a decision like this to the general public seems ridiculous.
I'm not entirely sure whether I think we should stay in the EU or not, however the amount of rubbish printed on the internet is quite annoying and misleading. I've decided to start writing down my thoughts on it all.
Cost of EU membership 2015
Membership cost - £17.8 billion
Membership cost (after rebate) - £12.9 billion
Money coming back to Britain - £6 billion a year
Difference in 2015 - ~£6.9billion

It's still a lot of money however the benefits of the EU are debatable, compare this with obesity something within our power to control now cost ~6.3billion in direct NHS costs

This could be as much as £47bn a year in general costs and will certainly rise.

If the money was immediately recouped and spent on massive infrastructure projects such as rail or schools, or heathcare I could see the point of taking the risk of leaving the EU taking the money and improving the country.
So my concern is that thinking that leaving the EU alone will make us cash rich is not true, the risk is that the money we will recoup will swiftly go into the deficit caused by obesity and we will see zero net benefit but will have.
Let's make a change
There's a real risk that people disenfranchised with the UK will make the emotive decision that Britain needs to change something and this is the one big decision that they can make. The same as with the Scottish referendum it may be seen as the "kick up the ass" we need to make Britain great again.
I hope you're not going to "xxx" insert voting decision you're enforcing on person.
Please stop doing this. You know who you are. Encourage people to actually think about it, not make the decision for them.
And the money evaporates up to Europe and rains down on Wales
I worked for the Welsh Assembly in the European funding office, I have to say I could never see the point in the money being sent to the EU and then back down to Wales it seemed an exceptionally inefficient waste of money. You could argue though that it needs to be done because the UK government is neglecting parts of the country that needs funding.
EU Laws
Working in IT I have to say the European law making is insane. Stop making so many ill thought out laws.
For example the pointless cookie law that means you're hassled on every damn European company's web site while US competitors are free to not to that. And you're still spammed and cookied to death on the internet regardless of this law (for example you're on Facebook and told to buy the lawn mower that you were looking at last week).
